HELLO: Disney College Program - Day 7

Hi everyone! It's been awhile and I know that I am very behind in my postings but I've been really busy and I sincerely apologize for my laziness. My laptop also caught a virus so it's been hard to do anything on it nowadays.

Day 7: Magic Kingdom

Today, I went to Magic Kingdom with all my roomies. It was our first time as a "guest" at Magic Kingdom so what do you get as first timers? "First Time" buttons, of course!

We also took pictures with Magic Kingdom's iconic structure: Cinderella's Castle. It's a beautiful sight indeed. It's so funny how there's a lot of guests who thinks Magic Kingdom is Disney World itself. It must be because of the castle. Who knows? But please know that Disney World has four theme parks and two water parks as well.

First, we rode Stitch's Great Escape in Tomorrowland. That's where I'll be working at. Somewhere in Tomorrowland but no clue on what attractions yet.

Stitch can definitely be scary, especially for children. Just to give you an idea, it's a special effect show with animatronics. There's times when it became really pitch black dark, you'll get spray with water, and something sweeps the back of your head. Definitely not my favorite.

Next we went to the Kiosk and selected three fast passes for three rides. We selected, The Little Mermaid, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Haunted Mansion.

HELLO: Disney College Program - Day 6

Hello my friends!

Hope you're having a magical day so far. It's been really cold this week in Florida but I heard that next week it's supposed to be in the 80's! I am excited! Why bring all these shorts and not wear them? Finally!

Day 6: Orientation and Boardwalk

Orientation today was at 7:30 AM and it was perhaps the most boring orientations I have ever been to. Of course at orientation, you have to learn guidelines about safety at the parks and with the guests. We also went over things that we can and cannot post on social media while in the program. We talked about how to interact with guests the correct way and how to handle situations if a guest was

HELLO: Disney College Program - Day 5

Hello everyone!

Hope you're all doing well. Today is my day off because of class and so here I am updating the blog again on my Disney adventures!

Day 5: Epcot

I have never been to Epcot but I've heard so many great things about it, like you can explore and eat from different countries, and I could not wait to go.

The first thing we see when we got there was the park's iconic centerpiece: Spaceship Earth. Every park has an iconic centerpiece, like Magic Kingdom's centerpiece is Cinderella's Castle.

It looks like a giant golf ball or a something, doesn't it?

HELLO: Disney College Program - Day 4

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to share with everyone that I have the "best" schedule anyone could ever ask for. I will now be working evenings past midnight almost everyday. Woot woot.

Anyways, with having a late schedule, I do have a lot of free time before work. But should I go out all day before work to the parks or rest all day before work? I'm not sure but I do like sleep. That is a true fact.

Day 4: Traditions

If you wanted to know why I skipped Day 3, that's because I did completely nothing and there's nothing exciting to share. So, on to Day 4! There was two different times for Traditions today. One at 5:30 AM and I had my Traditions at 1:30 PM. Thank goodness. I do not enjoy mornings. Although I do enjoy having the rest of the day off in the afternoon and evening. Anyways, Traditions was fun but it was really long as well. The best part of Traditions was going on a tour to Magic Kingdom! Now that was amazing!

But first, I'll describe what we did in Traditions before our tour.

HELLO: Disney College Program - Day 2

Hi all! Today's my day off so I finally blogged again. Yay!

Day Two: Housing Orientation

I had my Housing Orientation at 4 PM at The Commons and basically the speakers just talked about what what not to do during your program.

They touched on several subjects but here's some of the things that they did mentioned to us:

HELLO: Disney College Program - Day 1

Hi everyone!

It's been awhile but I've been super busy these past few weeks. Why? Because I just started my Disney College Program two weeks ago and I did not have a day of break at all since then. Even when I did, all I wanted was to sleep and catch my breath.

The hardest part for me was saying goodbye to my family. I've always been with my family and this was the first time that I really moved away. I know that I am only staying in Disney World for only four months but it was still very hard! It might not be for others, but it was for me. I was so happy that I was able to spend time with them as we drove down to Florida and the entire night before I started my program.

Anyways, my first week was the longest week I have ever lived through.

HELLO: Disney College Program Acceptance

Hi everyone! I am so glad that this entire week is my holiday break! College is definitely killing me, physically and mentally.

With that in mind, I now have the time to update the blog. Yay, finally!

Well, I have something to announce...I've been accepted to the Disney College Program!

I applied in early September and the process is super easy. I'll explain it in a question and answer format. I find that
